Appraisal Technician

Jakob is a registered appraiser with the Open Registry of Appraisers (RAA), certified in all 13 recognized categories in Colombia. His technical training is complemented by studies in Mechanical Engineering at the Technological University of Pereira (UTP) and specialized programs at prestigious institutions, including Urban Development and Sustainability at the University of La Sabana; Valuation and Settlement of Damages at Externado University of Colombia; and Business Valuation at the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM). He is currently strengthening his analytical and technical approach with studies in Process Automation with Artificial Intelligence and Economics at El Bosque University, integrating valuation methodologies with cutting-edge tools. In his professional practice, Jakob also participates in the valuation of intangible assets, including Intellectual Property, applying specialized methodologies to determine their economic and strategic value.
