Mónica Bonnett is an attorney with over three decades of experience in intellectual property and life sciences regulation. She is recognized for her ability to provide innovative and practical legal solutions, especially in matters of high technical complexity.
She advises national and international clients on patent strategies, industrial designs, trade secrets, and technology transfer. She has extensive experience in obtaining and managing regulatory approvals and marketing authorizations for pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, medical devices, dietary supplements, food and beverages, cannabis-derived products, pet food, pet cosmetics, and veterinary medicines.
She also supports companies on issues related to seeds, plant varieties, genetics, fertilizers, controlled substances, and artificial intelligence applied to the healthcare sector. Her practice includes regulatory litigation and support throughout the entire product lifecycle: development, marketing, import, and distribution.
